【Abstract】 Two methods for Determination of Polysaccharide content from Basella was studied.Phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid method were used to compare the stability and accuracy of the absorption curse after chromogenic reaction.The results showed that stability and accuracy of the phenol-sulfuric acid method was better.Basella polysaccharide content of 5.35%,the average yield=100.70%,the recovery RSD=1.15% were determined by this method.更多还原
