单钙钛矿薄膜La1-xSrxMnO3的微结构和热学性质的分析
A detailed study on the microstructure and thermal properties of the single perovskites
【摘要】 采用脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)在Si衬底上沉积了La1-xSrxMnO3(x=0.5、0.8)薄膜以形成La1-xSrxMnO3/Si单异质结。X射线衍射曲线(XRD)表明薄膜在衬底上x=0.5与x=0.8的成相不同,热重分析(TG-DSC)结果表明在750℃的温度时La1-xSrxMnO3已经形成。
【Abstract】 La1-xSrxMnO3/Si heterostructures were prepared by pulsed laser deposition(PLD) on the Si(100) substrate. The XRD results showed that all of the films were well structured. The TG-DSC results showed that the perovskite phase of LSMO film fabricated by PLD method formed well at 750℃.
