【摘要】 为了探讨测定富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液含量的方法,采用紫外分光光度法在285 nm处测定A值,实验表明:富马酸依美斯汀检测浓度在2.0~30.0μg.mL-1范围内与吸收度A具有良好线性关系,r0.999 8,该法测得平均回收率为101.45±1.31%,RSD为1.29%。该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可作为富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液含量测定的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discussion the methods about determination of the contents of emedastine difumarate in emedastine difumarate eye drops.Detected the absorbance of emedastine difumarate in 285 nm by UV spectrophotometry.The best concentration range of emedastine difumarate which have a good linear relationship with absorbance is 2.0~30.0 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 8.The average recovery which was detected by the method is 101.45±1.31%,RSD=1.29%.The method is simple and its results are accurate and reliable,so it can be an effective method to determinate the contents of emedastine difumarate in emedastine difumarate eye drops.更多还原
