2,6-二甲基庚醇类香料合成工艺研究
Study on Synthesis of 2,6-Dimethyl Heptanol
【摘要】 2,6-二甲基庚醇因其具有独特的香气在日化香精中具有广泛应用。以2-甲基-2-庚烯-6-酮为起始原料,经与格氏试剂作用再经催化加氢两步反应制备获得了2,6-二甲基庚醇。考察了不同格氏试剂、溶剂种类对2,6-二甲基庚烯醇制备及加氢催化剂对2,6-二甲基庚醇合成的影响,较优的工艺参数如下:以四氢呋喃作溶剂,碘甲基或溴甲基氯化镁为格氏试剂、以雷尼镍催化剂进行加氢反应,经精馏精制目标产物含量达98%以上,两步总收率为81.9%。
【Abstract】 2,6-dimethyl heptanol is widely used in essence industry for its particular aroma.Using 2-methyl-2-heptene-6-one as raw material,2,6-dimethyl heptanol can prepared by two steps concluding grignard reaction and catalysis hydrongenation.Experiment explored the impact on the yield of product by grignard regent,solvents and hydrogenation catalyst.The optimum condition is followed as: tetrahydrofuran as solvent,magnesium methyl halide as grignard regent,Raney nickel as hydrongenation catalyst,the content of the product is above 98% by destillation,total yield is 81.9%
