X分子筛-硅藻土复合吸附剂对废水中亚甲基蓝吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了不同类型的硅藻土与分子筛在单独和复合条件下对废水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,探讨了复合材料在最佳用量和配比的条件下,不同搅拌时间、pH值、亚甲基蓝初始浓度对亚甲基蓝去除的影响。试验结果表明:CD10型硅藻土0.03g、分子筛0.015g组成的复合材料在亚甲基蓝质量浓度为10mg/L、pH值为4、快速搅拌10min的条件下,亚甲基蓝的去除率可达99.2%。

【Abstract】 The absorption performance of different types of diatomite and zeolite under single and compound conditions to methylene blue in wastewater were studied;the influences of stirring time,pH value and initial concentration on methylene blue removal with the optimal dosage and ratio of the composite materials were discussed.The results of the test showed that:using the compound adsorbent composed of 0.03 g of CD10 diatomite and 0.015 g of zeolite to treat dyeing wastewater,the removal rate of methylene blue could reach 99.2% after 10 minites of rapid stirring under the condition that the mass concentration of methylene blue was 10 mg/L and the pH value was 4.
