【Abstract】 Although the green building theory has been already put forward for several years,based on the realistic situation of China,the green building design should develop the Chinese green building with the focus on low operation cost in China where the economy has developed rapidly.With the adherence to the principle of "appropriate technology",the stress on the concept of integrated design and the eco-education of the whole society,the government should implement strategies of both restrictive and incentive polices to promote the green building.更多还原
