【Abstract】 For the purpose of implementing the training pattern of "dual-certification" personnel in Hotel Restaurant Management in higher vocational education, we can start with the following aspects: firstly, do better the analysis of Class ability, draw up scientific teaching plan with utmost care; secondly, focus on the quality education, reengineer the curriculum system; thirdly, reform the teaching pattern according to the principle of" good enough and utility"; fourthly, strengthen the construction of the practice base, put emphasis on training students’ skill of creativity; fifthly,strengthen the construction of dual-qualified teachers and take full use of CPOS(Continuous Production Operation Sheet) in order to keep the innovative vitality.更多还原
