采用模糊逻辑的同位素结晶器钢水液位计
Isotic Mould Level Gauge of Melton Steel Using Fuzzy Logic
【摘要】 为了减少统计误差,要求同位素结晶器钢水液位计在测量中采用较长的测量时间。然而,当钢水液位变化较快时,会导致液位计响应慢,测量动态误差大。论文将模糊逻辑应用于同位素结晶器钢水液位计,根据钢水液位变化自动调整测量时间。仿真结果表明该方法使液位计的动态性能和统计精度都得到了改善。
【Abstract】 In order to maintain small statistical error,isotic mould level gauge always performs measurement with longer measuring time.Howover,dynamic measurement error will be higher due to longer measuring time when mould level changes rapidly.Hence,fuzzy logic was employed to control the mould level gauge operation and adjust the measuring time according to variation of mould level.Simulation results show that the proposed method improves both the dynamic behavior and statistical accuracy of the mould level gauge.
