【Abstract】 A design is given about fast and high detection efficiency fission chamber for prompt neutron decay constant measurements.The chamber has 21 foils containing 350mg of 235U whose fast neutron detection efficiency is up to 1.The fast time relation of the chamber is performed by choosing the suitably small distance between the foils and dividing the foils into 5 sections whose signals are lead out separately to 142 preamplifiers.The rise time of the signals from preamplifier is about 16ns.更多还原
