【Abstract】 The paper discussed the application of over voltage monitoring technology on line to power system and analyzed systematically the application situation of monitoring device on line for power system transient over voltage researched and developed by Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute and the complementarity between it and the one applied to power system.更多还原
