基于高速数据传输控制的激光显示系统

【摘要】 文章给出了一种采用扫描振镜实现的激光动画屏幕显示系统设计方案,即计算机与嵌入式单片机相连的高速数据传输与控制系统,该系统能够快速、实时地完成动画数据传送,并通过振镜偏转角与屏幕上点的对应关系数据库的修正,很好地改善了图形失真问题;在振镜驱动控制部分,提出了位置-电流的串级控制思想,实验结果可以看出,伺服系统在避免输出功率放大级饱和的条件下,具有最短的大角度动态响应时间。

【Abstract】 A control method of the screen laser display system using galvanometer scanning is proposed.The real-time data are transferred rapidly through the high-speed data acquisition and control system between the computer and the AVR-single-chip-processor.Through amending the relation between the angle of the scanning mirror and the dot of the screen,the pillow distortion caused by the scanning mirror is improved effectively.In order to drive the scanning mirror accurately,the position-current cascade control is adopted.The results of the experiment show that the system has the shortest,large-angle dynamic response time without amplifier stage saturation of the output power.
