溶胶-凝胶法合成Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉及其荧光性能的研究
PREPARATION AND LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF (Y,Ce,Tb)(BO3,PO4)
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb绿色荧光粉,利用热分析(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计等手段探讨了Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉的烧结条件、结构及荧光性能的关系.实验结果表明,烧结温度对产物的结构和荧光性能具有一定影响,在1050℃下、高温烧结2h的样品的荧光强度最好.与高温固相法相比,此法合成的Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉具有较完善的晶体结构,较高的纯度,较小的颗粒尺寸,粒度分布均匀,且相对荧光强度更高.
【Abstract】 Green phosphor of Y(BO3,PO4): Ce,Tb was first synthesized by means of sol-gel method.The sintered method,structure and luminescent properties of Y(BO3,PO4): Ce,Tb were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorospectrophotometer.The results revealed that the structure and luminescent properties showed great dependence on the sintering temperature.The product synthesized at 1050℃ for 2h had better emission intensity.By comparison with the products synthesized by solid-stated method,those by sol-gel method showed monocline structure,high purity,well developed crystal structure,small particle size,narrow size distribution and relative higher fluorescence intensity.
