臭氧破解污泥效能评价指标选择与应用

【摘要】 为解决污泥臭氧化过程中评价指标不统一问题,考察溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、颗粒性化学需氧量(PCOD)、总有机碳(TOC)和挥发性悬浮固体物质(VSS)在污泥臭氧化过程中的表现及相关性,筛选出合适的评价指标,并以此为基础评价过氧化氢和pH对污泥臭氧氧化的影响.结果表明,臭氧消耗量<207.6±7.2mg/gSS时,可将TOC作为首选指标,如超过此范围,可选用SCOD和PCOD作为评价指标.过氧化氢与臭氧最佳摩尔比为1.2,最佳pH为6.

【Abstract】 In order to select the proper indicator to evaluate the degree of sludge disintegration by ozone under different conditions,the performance and relativity of soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD),particle chemical oxygen demand (PCOD),total organic carbon (TOC) and volatile suspended solid (VSS) in the ozonization of sludge were investigated. Then the effect of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and pH on the ozonization of sludge was evaluated. Results indicate that TOC is the prior indicator when the ozone dosage is less than 207.6±7.2 mg/gSS. When the ozone dosage is over the obove range,PCOD and SCOD are suitable indicators. The optimum molar ratio of H2O2 to O3is 1.2 and the optimum pH value is 6.
