PCB上走线共模电感的研究

【摘要】 本文通过建立基本的多层板微带线模型,针对当走线偏离地平面中心或跨越带割槽地面时,地平面上的寄生电感(共模电感)会使辐射恶化的情况,给出了单根走线及差分对共模电感的定量表达式,对它们的行为作了比较和讨论,这对于实际应用中判断走线是否满足信号完整性及辐射要求具有重要的指导意义.

【Abstract】 A model for multilayer microstrip is established in this paper.The parasitic ground-plane inductance(common-mode inductance) is the key factor to determine the common-mode radiation,and is one of the major unwanted radiation mechanisms of high-speed PCB.Departure from the middle of a PCB or discontinuity of a ground plane causes the balance disruption and creates common-mode radiation.The CM inductances from single trace and differential pair under these conditions are quantified.Then the characteristics of differential pair are studied and compared with single trace.The study can help to determine whether the signal trace can meet the requirement of radiation and integrality of signals.
