【Abstract】 Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a popular management tool and evalution technique. The determinant criterion of returns to scale (RTS) for decision making units (DMU) is discussed based on C2R model of DEA.,The research process of RTS by using DEA model is reviewed firstly. Then,a DEA model with parameters (PDEA) is built in order to describe the efficiency change of DMU in its neighborhood,and the properties of PDEA model are deduced. The determination criterion of RTS for DMUs is obtained according to the C2R model.更多还原
