半刚性节点单层球面网壳的弹塑性稳定性分析

【摘要】 为了研究半刚性节点单层球面网壳的稳定性能,提出其适用的分析方法,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立螺栓球节点的实体模拟方法和半刚性节点单层球面网壳的数值模型.通过试验数据与数值分析结果的比较,证明方法的可行性,进而模拟工程中常用的螺栓球节点,求得其弯曲刚度,对30 m跨度的螺栓球节点单层球面网壳进行稳定性分析.结果表明:节点的弯曲刚度不同时,网壳的稳定性能及其失稳模态变化明显;节点的扭转刚度和节点域不同时,网壳的稳定性能基本没有变化;荷载分布不同时,网壳的稳定性能发生改变.节点的弯曲刚度和不同的荷载分布形式是影响单层半刚性球面网壳稳定性能的重要因素.

【Abstract】 To research the stability performance of single-layer spherical reticulated domes with semi-rigidity of joint system and propose a approach for researching semi-rigidity of joint system,firstly the solid element model of bolt-ball joint with general finite element software ANSYS is established,and this model is proved to be reliable by comparing the data from experiments and finite element analysis,then bend stiffness of bolt-ball joint commonly used in engineering is obtained.Secondly the element model of single-layer sphere reticular shells with semi-rigid joint system is established,and its stability is studied.The results show that the stability performance and buckling mode of those shells varied obviously considering different bend stiffness of joint system,but not obviously considering different stiffness of rotation and the size of joint systems,and the stability performance changes with load distribution.The bend stiffness of joint system and load distribution mode are main factors impacting the stability performance of single-layer reticulated domes.
