【Abstract】 A decision problem with excluded goals and restraints is called Or Decision Problem.Generally,these problems are solved by 0-1 Programming.It is well known that 0-1 Programming model is difficult to be obtained and its scale looks large,which leads to the low efficiency of its algorithms.A new model named Or Programming model is proposed,which possesses clear decision significance as well as high calculation efficiency,and can be described easily.At the same time,a case is studied to apply the new model in solving an engineering management problem.更多还原
