【Abstract】 Cooperation has been a developmental pattern of contemporary enterprises facing with fierce business competition.This article analyses the knowledge sharing between knowledge alliances by means of game theory.A game-theoretic model of knowledge cooperation is proposed.The model illuminates that the essence of knowledge alliance management is the harmony and control of allied partners.Then two types of knowledge alliances,complementary knowledge alliance and synergy knowledge alliance,are compared to clarify that the effective management of cooperation contract can realize the win-win of knowledge sharing for partners of knowledge alliance.更多还原
