平面连杆机构等效力和等效质量数学模型

【摘要】 为了计算单自由度平面连杆机构等效动力学模型的等效力和等效质量,推导出便于应用的等效力和等效质量矩阵计算公式.将平面连杆机构看作为质点系和平面刚体系所组成的混合系统,以等效前后虚功相等推导出平面连杆机构等效力普遍表达式;以等效前后动能相等推导出平面连杆机构等效质量普遍表达式.该矩阵计算公式比现有计算公式使用更方便、更能体现出各参数的本构关系.并以一个曲柄滑块机构为例,说明该等效力普遍表达式和等效质量普遍表达式的使用情况.

【Abstract】 To calculate the equivalent-force and equivalent-mass for the equivalent dynamic model of planar linkage with single degree of freedom,the equivalent-force and equivalent-mass matrix formula were derived to be applied expediently.The planar linkage was generalized to the hybrid system composed of set of particles and planar rigid body.Based on the equation of virtual power fore and after equivalence,the general expression of planar linkage’s equivalent force was derived and expressed;based on the equation of kinetic energy fore and after equivalence,the general expression of equivalent mass was derived.The application of the expressions was illustrated by the slider-crank mechanism.It is indicated that the derived matrix formula are more convenient and can better reflect the constitutive relationship of parameters than existing formula.
