考虑地基固结效应的储罐静力特性分析

【摘要】 建造在软土地基上的储罐,其底板和壁板的受力不但与底板的坡度有关,而且与储液的加载速度、地基参数有关.针对地基基础与储罐共同作用问题进行非线性固结弹塑性有限元数值模拟计算,分析地基变形、储罐内力与变形的时间效应.计算结果表明,地基内的孔隙水压力变化趋势与一维固结特性相似,底板的径向应力和壁板的环向应力在设计中起控制作用,底板坡度建议值为2%~5%.壁板发生"象足"的位置位于距离储罐底板1 m左右处,该位置容易发生屈曲破坏.

【Abstract】 When storage tanks are built on soft soil,stresses on the tank wall and tank bottom are not only related to the slope of the tank bottom,but also to the height of the liquid and to ground parameters.The interactions between the foundation and the tank were analyzed using the nonlinear consolidation FE method.The effects of time on deformations of the ground and stresses and deformations of the tank were analyzed.The results indicate pore water pressure changes in the foundation are similar to the characteristics of one-dimensional consolidation.The radial stress on the bottom and the hoop stresses of the wall determine design parameters.A 2%~5% slope of the tank bottom is suggested.The elephant foot of wall should be about 1m away from the bottom of the tank.This position is easily destructed by flection.
