基于DEA的企业R&D绩效两阶段评价方法研究
A two-stage method for evaluating enterprise R&D performance based on data envelopment analysis
【摘要】 企业R&D绩效评价是绩效管理的一部分,建立完善的评价指标体系和评价模型是绩效评价的基础.根据企业R&D活动的特征,建立了企业R&D绩效评价指标体系,针对现有评价方法的不足,运用数据包络分析(DEA)的理论和方法构建了两阶段评价模型.并通过对15家企业R&D活动的相关数据进行实证分析,验证了评价方法在企业R&D绩效评价方面的准确性.
【Abstract】 Evaluation of the performance of enterprise R&D is required for effective control.Establishment of a suitable index system and evaluation model is the basis of performance evaluation.After evaluating the characteristics and status quo of enterprise R&D,the authors established an index system for performance evaluations of enterprise R&D.To avoid combining the input & output perspectives of performance evaluation,a new two-stage model was constructed on the basis of data envelopment analysis(DEA) to evaluate enterprise R&D performance.An empirical analysis of fifteen high-tech enterprises proved the validity of the method.
