斜通道内热流场的实验与数值研究
Experimental and numerical research on thermal flow fields in an inclined channel
【摘要】 针对热烟气在浮力作用下沿斜通道流动的现象,采用实验方法对倾斜角为20°两侧开口通道中截面上的温度分布进行了测量.通道长3 m,宽0.8 m,高1.0 m.热源功率为1 500 W,放置于通道底部中间位置.同时采用数值方法对上述通道在倾斜角为0,°10°和20°时通道内的热流场进行了预测.结果发现除了靠近热源附近之外,实验值与数值结果吻合得相对较好.整个实验与计算结果可为相关工程设计提供参考.
【Abstract】 The phenomenon of hot gas flows being buoyed along an inclined channel is the focus of this paper.Experiment methods were employed to measure the temperature distribution at the mid-plane in an open ended channel with an angle of inclination of 20°.The channel’s dimensions were 3m(length)×0.8m(width)×1m(height).A 1500W heater was located at the center of the channel bottom.Numerical methods were used to predict the thermal flow fields in the above channel with inclination angles of 0°,10° and 20°.The resulting numerical solutions of temperature agreed well with experimental values except near the heater.These results can be a reference for engineering design.
