【摘要】 城市房屋拆迁有利于提升城市形象,改善居民的居住环境,提高居民的生活质量,促进城市的经济发展。由于法律制度之间存在矛盾、政府职能严重错位、拆迁补偿不合理等原因,使得河北省在城市房屋拆迁中矛盾不断。本文拟对目前河北省城市房屋拆迁难的原因进行深入剖析,找出症结所在,并借鉴国外在处理此类问题方面的成功经验,提出适合河北省城市房屋拆迁的有效解决途径,以达到化解社会矛盾,建立稳定、和谐的社会秩序的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban house demolition will help to enhance the city image,to improve the living environment and life quality of the residents,and to promote the city’s economic development. However,in the demolition process of Hebei province,because of the imperfect laws and regulations,the serious dislocation for the role of the government and the irrational compensation,demolition of urban housing is faced with many difficulties. This paper will have a further analysis on the Urban Housing Demolition reasons to identify the crux. By learning from the successful experience of the abroad to deal with such issues,the author,combining the condition of our province,will propose the effective way to solve such issues to achieve the purpose of resolving the social contradictions and establishing a stable and harmonious social order.更多还原
