【Abstract】 Strategies and methods of controlling construction project cost are discussed here.It is argued here that using value engineering principles,actively implementing the design limit,strictly controlling the design change and strengthening and promoting design and supervision are effective measures to control project cost and to achieve the smallest deviation between the target value and the actual value.Accordingly,the project cost of Kaifeng’s Antaijiayuan affordable housing is analyzed as an example.更多还原
