海洋渔业非均衡捕捞控制模型研究
Controlling model of disequilibrium harvest for fisheries management
【摘要】 渔业资源的有效管理具有生态、经济和社会效益。基于Logistic鱼群增长模型,研究了平衡捕捞条件下最优的鱼群数量、最优的捕捞努力量和捕鱼开始时间问题。在此基础上,分析了非平衡捕捞条件下鱼群数量与捕捞努力量之间的关系,给出了过度捕捞和欠捕捞时鱼群数量随时间的变化曲线。最后,讨论了海洋渔业资源的可持续发展问题。
【Abstract】 An effective management of the rapidly dwindling marine fish resources is of great ecological,economic and social importance for the future.Based on Logistic growth model of sea fisheries,the problems for the optimal rate of harvest,optimal fishing effort and starting catching time are investigated.The relationship between the population size of fisheries and fishing effort is proposed for disequilibrium harvest problem.The variant curves of population size of fisheries versus time for over-harvesting and under-harvesting are presented.At last,the sustainable development problem is discussed.
