连续加热炉通用在线数学模型

【摘要】 针对连续加热炉在线数学模型研究的现状,开发出一种新型的连续加热炉通用在线模型。此种模型把钢坯在加热炉各段内的加热过程视为等热流过程,并结合在线搜索钢坯表面真实热流,通过求解钢坯在第二类边界(等热流边界)条件下的加热过程,得出钢坯表面热流与表面温度之间的关系,对钢坯加热过程进行模拟计算。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the actuality of present online mathematical model research for continuous reheating furnace,an all-puepose and online mathematical model for continuous reheating furnace is developed.The process,which slabs are heating in furnace,is considered as a process of equal heat flux in the model,and the real surface heat flux of slabs is obtained by online search.The model is composed of the process and the search.After calculating the process which slabs are heating under the second boundary condition,the relation of surface heat flux and surface temperature for slab is obtained.It is utilized to simulate the process of slabs heating.
