气力输送废轮胎颗粒固气比影响因素的实验研究

【摘要】 研究轮胎颗粒输送过程中固气比的影响因素。实验表明:固气比随气流量的增大而增大,达到某一最大值后,随气流量的增大而减小;随着给料速度增大,最佳气流量增大;给料速度越大,气流量对输送固气比的影响越大。

【Abstract】 The factors on used tire grain ratio of solid and gas in pneumatic conveying was conducted.The result shows that in pneumatic conveying,when the gas flow is small,the ratio of solid and gas as a function of gas flow rate increases,after the gas flow reaches a certain maximum,the ratio of solid and gas as a function of gas flow rate decreases;with feed speed increases,the best gas flow rate increases;the bigger the feed speed is,the greater the influence of gas flow rate on the solid gas rate is.
