【Abstract】 In order to enhance the quality of colleges’ journals and eventually to build some prestigious colleges’ journals,I think the managers of colleges’ journals should change their concept from the traditional management to providing service.That is to say,we should bear in our mind that the managers are also the servants.And we also should set up a sound quality management and evaluation system and build an excellent team of journal editors,by which to improve the quality of colleges’ journals and to promote their development.Moreover,we should develop and promote harmony,create a positive culture,combine the management of colleges’ journals and the concept of scientific development closely.更多还原
