【摘要】 "城中村"是城市发展到一定阶段的特殊现象,解决"城中村"问题,让"村民"融入城市生活,是城市发展必须面临的一个课题。目前"城中村"的改造研究主要集中于解决普遍问题的对策层面,并未考虑"村民"的个体发展及其实际参与程度。本文结合"城中村"改造中社会工作的作用,通过对云南省昆明市F村的调查,剖析该社区的特征和改造需求,提出参与式发展视角下的改造理念和实践建议,并探索适应我国"城中村"改造需求的社区社会工作模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reconstruction of "Urban village"carried out now in China emphasizes on this special phenomenon of the urbanization,and the solution to this issue will definitely lead its villagers into a better urban life. The present research of "Urban village"mainly focuses on universal solutions rather than on the villagers themselves’development or their actual participations. With the supports of social work,we survey and analyze the characteristics of F urban village in Kunming of Yunnan province,hereby put forward practicing model in a participatory development perspective,so as to find new social work models and meet the demands of"urban village"reconstruction in China.更多还原
