【摘要】 关中高新产业带是中国西北重要经济开发区之一,所具备的区位优势、产业优势以及科教优势使该开发区拥有一定的发展潜力。基于高新产业集群持续竞争力形成的基础,文章指出从封闭的知识系统向开放的知识系统转化,支持产业集群的升级的制度设计是关中高新产业带保持高速发展能力的内在机制;构建区域创新系统、创建良好的发展环境、推进企业的技术创新是关中地区高新产业集群持续竞争力培育和发展的主要策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt is one of the key economic development zones in northwest China,the advantage in location,industrial advantages as well as science and education enable the zone have some potential for further development.Based on mechanism of high-tech industries continued competitiveness of the cluster being formed it points out that knowledge from a closed to an open system of conversion and support system designing is the internal mechanism of upgrading the industrial cluster for Guanzhong area.Construction of the regional innovation system,creation of a good development environment,the promotion of technological innovation in enterprises in this region is related key strategies to nurture and promote the high-tech industry clusters continued competitiveness.更多还原
