基于GPRS的电站锅炉风粉远程SCADA系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 采用特制传感器和DY系列远程I/O数据采集模块组成本地SCADA系统,采用远程数传终端EP220作为GPRS DTU,用力控PcAuto组态软件开发出基于W eb的锅炉风粉远程监测系统。该系统用于远程监测、记录锅炉燃烧过程中一次风管道的煤粉浓度、风温、风速等流动参数,实现锅炉运行稳定性、安全性远程监测和数据远程共享。

【Abstract】 The special sensors and the DY remote I/O data acquisition modules were used to configure the local SCADA system,and EP220 as GPRS DTU and the force control PCAuto configuration software were adopted to develop an Web-based remote monitoring system for air and pulverized coal mixture for coal-fired boilers in power plants.With the system,the important parameters such as primary air velocity,air temperature,and coal-powder density can be recorded and monitored remotely.Also the safety and stability of boilers in operation can be monitored and related data can be on-line shared remotely.
