配电网开关优化配置智能化算法与应用的研究

【摘要】 介绍应用一种简单有效的优化方法——遗传算法,来解决配电网开关优化配置的问题。在保证系统及用户供电可靠性的前提下,给出了系统综合费用(包括开关投资及维护费用、用户停电损失及网络损耗等)的优化目标函数,并建立数学模型,利用MATLAB软件进行计算。以某一实际配电网作为算例仿真,其计算结果验证了该方法的有效性,具有较高的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Genetic algorithm is a simple and effective method to solve the problem of configuration of switches in power distributing network.The prerequisite of the solution is to ensure the reliability of the whole system and the power supplying to the end user.Then the optimal target function for overall system costs is provided,including the investment and maintenance cost of the switches,the loss caused by power cut and loss of the network.The mathematical model is developed in MATLAB environment.Through the illustration of an actual case,the effectiveness of this method is presented and it is believed to have high engineering practical value.
