基于灰色关联度的华东地区重点行业耗电分析
Electricity intensity analysis of key industries in East China based on grey relational analysis
【摘要】 电能的节约是节能减排工作中非常重要的一环,电能节约的实施顺利及彻底与否,将关系到节能减排的成败。考虑到节能减排政策实施时间较短,同时政策实施中具有较大不确定性因素。介绍应用灰色关联理论,深入分析了华东地区重点行业单位产值耗电与工业单位产值耗电的灰色关联度,为华东地区的节能减排的实行提供相应的决策依据。
【Abstract】 Electricity saving is the decisive factor to energy-saving emission-reduction work,while the latter has some uncertainties in its policy implementation due to relative short implementation period.To solve the problem,the grey relational analysis was used to investigate the grey relational grade between the industrial electricity intensity and the electricity intensity of five major industries to provide support for decision-making on energy-saving emission-reduction implementation of East China area.
