华东电网低频低压减载方案研究

【摘要】 基于对华东大受端电网结构和特点的详细分析,指出由于局部电网的安全风险已逐渐大于整网的安全风险,所以应更加注重负荷中心分区电网的安全稳定性;应打破传统的低频低压减载配置方式,送端和负荷中心地区的低频电压减载应分别配置,并在负荷中心地区适当超配。研究并提出了新的华东电网低频低压减载方案,并给出了低频低压减载的协调整定方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the structure and features of East China Power Grid,it was pointed out that since the failure risk of local grids has become greater than that of the grid as a whole,more attention should be paid to the security and stability of grids with load centers.What′s more,the traditional configuring methods and principles for low frequency and low voltage load shedding should be changed,and they should be configured respectively at the sending end and the load centers.A new low frequency and low voltage load shedding scheme was proposed for East China Power Grid,and related coordination method was also given.
