华东电网高级调度中心建设一期实践综述
Reeview of the first phase practice of the Advanced Dispatch Center of the East China Grid
【摘要】 高级调度中心建设是华东电网在特大电网智能调度建设方向上的尝试。以高级调度中心整体架构为基础,重点阐述了华东电网高级调度中心建设在风险防控、运营绩效、技术支撑体系方面的应用实践。
【Abstract】 The construction of Advanced Dispatch Center is crucial exploration in the development of huge smart grid in the East China.On the basis of the overall framework of the Advanced dispatch center,this paper presents the practical experience of risk prevention,operation performance and technical support system during the establishment of the Advanced Dispatch Center.
