【摘要】 采用振动与热力参数联合诊断方法,诊断了江苏望亭天然气发电有限公司1号燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组高压缸进汽2 m in后3瓦、4瓦发生的油膜振荡故障,分析了引起故障的可能原因。针对故障引起的原因,提出了解决方案,实践证明效果很好,为同类型机组解决此类故障提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on vibration parameters and thermal parameters,the oil whip fault happened in the No.3 and No.4 bearings of Wangting No.1 gas-steam combined cycle unit two minutes after steam admission of the high pressure cylinder was diagnosed,and the possible reason was found out.Based on that,solutions were proposed which were proved effective through practice.更多还原
