【Abstract】 The EMS-based static security decision-making aid system for East China Power Grid was presented,including its composing modules and functions.Application of the system was analyzed in the aspects of fault selection,control area selection,control policy establishment,and determination of constraints priority and penalty factors.Practice showed that all the above factors could be used to improve the calculation speed,accuracy,and reliability of the system.更多还原
