【Abstract】 There exists a dialectical relationship—inclusion and expansion—between university philosophy and university culture.University philosophy includes three concepts—the core concept,the concept of running school and the educational concept,which become the core of the university culture.Based on the analysis of connotation,function and structure of the university culture,the objective of construction of the university culture is to create the atmosphere of "talented people are produced by each generation",to create academic freedom,to master the law of inheritance and innovation and to make full use of the advantages with clear characteristics.更多还原
