【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析有症状的退变性腰椎侧弯的手术方法及其疗效。方法:对本院2005年10月至2008年7月间31例行手术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯患者的症状、体征、影像学、手术方法、治疗结果进行分析。结果:全部病例获得随访,时间0.9~3.5年,平均2.5年。术后平均侧弯矫正率为58.0%,硬脊膜囊撕裂2例,深部组织感染1例。随访期间矫正度数、椎间隙高度无丢失。融合器无移位,内固定物融合良好,植骨融合率100%。结论:退变性腰椎侧弯是腰椎退变的严重病理变化,其主要临床症状是下腰痛;如合并有腰椎管狭窄症会出现神经系统症状。治疗有症状退变性腰椎侧弯的主要目的是稳定腰椎,重建腰椎序列,彻底神经减压;手术方式的选择要根据腰椎退变程度、临床表现和影像学资料、个体化差异综合考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of lumbar degenerative de novo scoliosis.Method: We analyzed the symptoms,imaging,operating method and the result of 31 cases.Result: All the cases are interviewed in 2.5 years on average.The correction rate is 58%,with one case deeper tissue infection.During the interview,the correction degree,the vertebra are all right.The machine function well,with the bone recovery 100%.Conclusion: lumbar degenerative de novo scoliosis is severe pathologic change and the waistache is the clinical symptom,combined with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.The objective is to make the vertebra stable,rebuild it and lighten the pressure.The operating means depends on the degeneration,clinical pictures and imaging as well as specific patients.更多还原
