【摘要】 目的:探讨腰大池持续引流治疗颅脑手术后颅内感染的疗效。方法:选择26例符合条件的术后重症颅内感染患者在全身应用抗生素前提下行腰大池持续引流并评价其疗效。结果:引流10~54d,平均21d,26例患者颅内感染均痊愈,1例高龄患者死于严重肺部并发症,25例存活病人随访1~6月无再次发生颅内感染。结论:腰大池持续引流治疗颅内感染,创伤小、疗效确切、方法简单,能显著提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of lumbar continuous drainage and intravenous admixture services in the treatment of the serious intracranial infection.Method: 26 cases of postoperative serious intracrannial infection were treated with lumbar continuous drainage in addition to intravenous admixture services,and the curative effects of the treatment were analysed.Result: After 10 to 54 days of drainage,average 21 days,the intracranial infection of all 26 cases were cured,1 advanced age case died of lung complication,the rest 25 cases without intracranial infection after 1～6 months follow-up.Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar continuous drainage benefits the treatment of intracranial infection,it’s minor traumatic,with indeed therapeutic effect,and easy operative.更多还原
