计算机辅助立体定向hRPE细胞脑内移植治疗帕金森病临床研究
Computer Assisted Stereotactic Transplantation of Human Retinal Pigmeat Epithelium Cells in Pakinson’s Disease
【摘要】 目的:探讨人视网膜色素来源上皮细胞定向移植治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:在CT和MR I图像融合技术指导下,将4×106hRPE细胞通过立体定向手术移植到症状对侧的壳核后部和侧脑室内,共17例患者。结果:移植术后对侧症状持续改善,3月时总有效率达88.2%,显效率为82.4%;同侧症状于术后即有改善者,1月后改善率即明显增加,3月时总有效率达88.2%,显效率为64.7%。除少数患者有一过性头晕和肢体轻瘫外,无其他重大不良反应。结论:计算机辅助立体定向手术移植hRPE细胞治疗PD安全、有效。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of computer assisted stereotactic transplantation of human pigmeat epithelium(hRPE) cells on parkinson’s disease(PD).Method: With the guidence of CT and MRI image mergence,we transplanted 4×106 hRPE cells into the putamen and ventriculus laterlis of 17 cases PD by stereotactic surgery.The transplantation site were located in the contralateral side of the symptoms and signs.Result: After 3 months follow-up,the effective rate of cell transplantation was 82.4% in the contralateral site and 64.7% in the ipsilateral site.Only a minority of cases had mild dizziness and hemiparesis,but the duration was short.Conclusion: The therapy,computer assisted stereotactic transplantation of hRPE in the treatment of PD,is safe and efficient.
