【摘要】 目的:探讨非火器颅脑穿通伤手术的护理配合。方法:回顾性分析5例非火器颅脑穿通伤并致伤物存留患者行开颅手术,取出异物的护理配合要点。结果:5例伤者手术过程顺利,术中护理及时、配合到位,术后1例遗留一侧肢体轻瘫,4例痊愈;均未出现颅内感染,癫痫发作和脑脊液漏等并发症。结论:针对损伤特点,及时有效的手术护理配合,是确保手术顺利完成,取得良好疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the operative coorperation of non-missile penetrating brain injury and intracranial foreign body.Method: Retrospective analyzed opertive cooperation on 5 cases of non-missile penetrating brain injury and intracranial foreign body during surgical treatment.Result: The nurse coorperation was timely and effctive and the operations were successful in all 5 case,4 cases were cured except hemiparesis in 1 case.There were not intracranial infection,epilepsy and cerebrospinal fluid leakage in post-operation in all 5 cases.Conclusion: Aim at the charateristic of the injury,timely and effective operative coorperation is helpful for the successful operation and make a better outcome.更多还原
