【摘要】 目的:比较鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术与传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术的疗效。方法:回顾分析49例慢性泪囊炎患者手术的效果,其中29例行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术,20例行传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治愈27例,有效率93.1%,传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈19例,有效率95%,P>0.05,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术疗效与传统手术接近,但创伤小,符合现代外科微创手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effects of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with routine dacryocystorhinostomy on chronic dacryocystitis.Method:49 cases were studied retrospectively including 29 cases on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and 20 cases on routine dacryocystorhinostomy.Result:27 cases were cured(93.1 %) on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and 19 cases were cured(95 %) on routine dacryocystorhinostomy.There was no statistical significance in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is similar with that of routine dacryocystorhinostomy.It is an effective mini-invasive operation with less damage.更多还原
