【摘要】 目的:探讨钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效的相关因素。方法:对34例胫骨平台骨折行开放复位,单侧或双侧钢板内固定手术治疗,恢复胫骨平台解剖,坚强内固定,植骨及早期功能锻炼。结果:术后随访4~36个月,平均15个月。参照Rasmussen评分标准评定,优21例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率85.3%。结论:胫骨平台骨折掌握合适的手术时机,方法和早期的功能锻炼可获得较满意的手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the interrelated factors for the operation effect of using steel plate internal fixation to restore the tibial plateau fracture.Method:34 patients with tibial plateau fracture were operated by using steel plate internal fixation one or two side,restored the tibial plateau anatomical structure,firmly fixation,and took early function exercise post-operation.Result:All patients were followed up for 4-36 months,average 15 months, according to the Rasmussen score,21 patients were in excellent,8 in good,3 in approve,2 in poor.The excellent ratio was 85.3%.Conclusion:Grasp appropriate operation opportunities,use correct means and take earlier function excercises,afford us excellent operation effects in treating tibial plateau fracture.更多还原
