【摘要】 目的:比较原位回肠新膀胱术和回肠膀胱术的临床疗效。方法:选择我科2002年至2007年行根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌68例的患者资料,比较两组术中术后一般情况、近远期并发症、肿瘤复发情况。结果:两种术式仅手术时间(5.41±0.99h VS 4.51±1.28h)、住院时间(34.50±8.87d VS 21.24±8.99d)、术后尿瘘(37%VS 12%)等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原位回肠新膀胱术较回肠膀胱术虽早期并发症较多,但在根治性膀胱切除术中仍值得优先采用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the clinical curative effect between orthotopic neobladder and bricker operation.Method: From 2002 to 2007,68 examples of radical cystectomy were used to cure bladder uroepithelium cancer,then studied the generral conditions、close and long-term complications and tumor recurrence between orthotopic neobladder and bricker operation.Result: Only the time of operation、length of stay and urinary fistula between two groups with significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Maybe orthotopic neobladder’s early complication is more,it is a predominant technique for the treatment of bladder uroepithelium cancer.更多还原
