【摘要】 目的:探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉效果。方法:选择120例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级行宫腔镜手术患者,随机分为单纯应用丙泊酚(A组)与丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼(B组),每组60例。A组静注丙泊酚2~3mg/kg(>2min),B组先静注舒芬太尼0.15ug/kg,2min后再静注丙泊酚1~2mg/kg(>2min),待患者意识消失后即开始手术。术中如有疼痛反射(体动、呻吟、皱眉),则追加丙泊酚0.5~1.0mg/kg。观察记录两组病例麻醉效果满意率,意识和定向力恢复时间,丙泊酚用量及不良反应。结果:B组麻醉效果满意率高于A组(P<0.05),B组意识和定向力恢复时间均小于A组(P<0.05)。B组丙泊酚总量显著少于A组(P<0.01),A组呼吸抑制和体动发生率均明显大于B组(P<0.01),两组注药时静脉疼痛,术后腹痛,恶心呕吐发生率的差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜手术麻醉效果满意,苏醒迅速,并减少丙泊酚用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of sufentanil with propofol anesthesia for hysteroscopic surgery.Methods: 120 ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups of 60 patients: group A and B.Group A anesthesia was vein injected with propofol 2～3mg/kg(>2 minutes),whereas group B,first vein injected sufentanil 0.15ug/kg,and then injected propofol 1～2mg/kg(>2 minutes) in two minutes.Operations were started when the patients were senseless and the anesthesia was maintained with propofol 0.5～1.0mg/kg if any pain reflex(body movement,groan and frowning) should appear.The following was recorded in comparison between two groups: satisfaction rate on anesthesia effect,recovery of sense and orientation after termination of anesthesia,the quantity of propofol used,and the side-effects after operation.Results: Satisfaction rate on anesthesia effect in group B is higher than that in group A(P<0.05);both recovery of sense and orientation in group B is less than those in group A(P<0.05);total quantity of propofol used in group B is significantly less than that in group A(P<0.01)whereas the respiratory suppression and body moving rate in group A is significantly higher than group B(P<0.01).The difference between two groups for pains during intravenous injection,abdomen hurts after operation,and the rates of disgusting and vomitting is of no statistic significance.Conclusion: Sufentanil with propofol has a satisfactory effect for anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery with faster sense recovery and less propofol dosage.更多还原
