【摘要】 目的:观察无创呼吸机对中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压患者的昼夜血压曲线影响。方法:根据多导睡眠图监测结果以及24h动态血压监测结果选择符合中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征并高血压者为观察对象,并分为两组,选择无创呼吸机治疗配合降压药物者为试验组,单纯药物降压治疗者为对照组,观察两组昼夜血压曲线变化。结果:无创呼吸机能改善该类患者的非勺型血压曲线,夜间血压平均值较治疗前下降。结论:无创呼吸机能改善该类患者血压昼夜节律,避免睡眠结构破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The influence on circadian blood pressure curve variability in the patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and hypertension by non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Method: Based on the results of polysomnography(PSG)and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)monitoring,select the patients of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and hypertension for the observation of objects,and divided them into two groups,non-invasive ventilation in the treatment with antihypertensive drugs for the experimental group,antihypertensive drug treatment alone for the control group,the two groups were observed changes in circadian blood pressure curve.Result: Non-invasive ventilator may improve the with non-dipper blood pressure curve of the patients,the mean nocturnal blood pressure of them had decline more than before.Conclusion: Non-invasive ventilator may improve the circadian blood pressure in such patients to avoid structural damage of sleep.更多还原
