【摘要】 目的:评估旋入式自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法:应用旋入式自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折31例,闭合性骨折23例,开放性骨折8例。结果:按Johner-W ruh评分标准,优25例,良5例,可1例。平均随访14个月,平均愈合时间13周,无主钉弯曲、断裂现象,无感染。骨折全部愈合。结论:旋入式自锁髓内钉在治疗胫腓骨骨折中具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗胫骨骨折的理想方法,具有广泛的适应症及临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of spin-in self-locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of the tibial fractures.Method: Thirty-one cased of the tibial fractures treated by the spin-in self-locking intramedullary nail.Open fractures in 23 cases,closed fractures in 8 cases.Result: According to the criteria of Johner-Wruh,excellent in 25 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 1 case.The mean follow-up for 14 months,and the average healing time was 13 weeks.There was no nail bended or broken.There was no infection case.All were union.Conclusion: Spin-in self-locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of the tibial fracture has the advantage of less trauma,steady fixation,low infection rate and high healing rate.This is a ideal method of the treatment for the tibial fracture.更多还原
