【摘要】 目的:观察氨力农对慢性肺心病患者的临床疗效及对肺动脉平均压(PAPm)的影响。方法:将50例诊断为慢性肺原性心脏病的患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例,在心衰的常规治疗基础上加用氨力农150 mg/d,共7 d;对照组25例,在心衰常规治疗基础上加用立其丁20 mg/d,共7 d,观察治疗前后两周各组及组间心功能分级、超声心动图测肺动脉平均压力的变化并进行疗效比较。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前相比心功能均有不同程度的改善,但治疗组更为明显,差异有显著性;同时治疗组肺动脉平均压显著降低。结论:氨力农对慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者有明显疗效,同时能显著降低肺动脉平均压,使用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of amrinone in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and the clinical efficacy of pulmonary artery pressure(PAPm).Method: 50 patiens with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 25 cases(n=25,amrinone 150 mg / day,7 days;in trip add conventional treatment)and a control group(n=25,phentolamine 20 mg / day,7 days,in trip add conventional treatment) observed the changes in each group and intergroup of cardiac function before and after treatment,and the changes and effects by classification of cardiac function,echocardiography measurements of pulmonary artery pressure.Result: The results of the two groups compared to cardiac function were improved in varying degrees after treatment,but the treatment group was pronounced more significant to the control group,At the same time,the treatment group significantly decreased pulmonary arterial pressure.Conclusion: The effects of amrinone on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease are remarkable and safety.更多还原
