【摘要】 目的:了解电离辐射对医用放射工作人员甲状腺功能的影响。方法:用放射免疫方法测定在职广东省医用放射工作人员血清中T3、T4的含量,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果:各年龄段与各个部门工种的T3、T4值都在正常范围内,各个年龄段之间及各个年龄段与对照组之间T3、T4值的比较在统计学上无显著性差异,各个部门工种之间及各个部门工种与对照组之间T3、T4值比较在统计学上亦无显著性差异。结论:日常放射工作不足以影响医用放射工作人员的甲状腺功能状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of radiations on thyroid function for the medical radiographer.Method: To assay the contents of T3、T4 in plasma of Guangdong province’s radiographer incumbency by radioimmunoassay,and analyze the checkups.Result: They were in the normal limits for the values of T3、T4 of every age’s period and every department、type of work.There were not significantly differences for the values of T3、T4 of every age’s period and compared with those in the controlled group,and there also were not significantly differences for the values of T3、T4 of every department and type of work and compared with the controlled group.Conclusion: There were not effects on thyroid function in daily radiowork.更多还原
